Regional Sales Supervisor

Position: Regional Sales Supervisor
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Pharmacy Degree is required for Hospital Line), Post graduate degree is strongly preferable
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a similar position

Brief Description on Duties:
Cascade down the target into client & territory target 
Ensure that the company’s market share meets the preset targets on the level of product, client and territory.
Conduct double field visits with Medical Reps, Senior Medical Reps & KAM to provide continuous coaching & guidance
Address client management challenges faced by the by providing the necessary guidance to the team and by maintaining continuous communication with the client.
Ensure that the marketing budget and targets are being adhered to in a timely manner on a department level
Provide feedback on the marketing initiatives based on the feedback received from the relevant clients.  
Monitor the collection status per client/category and territory and ensure to reflect client’s expectations on payments terms 
Communicate and coordinate with the relevant departments to prepare the Sales & Shipment Forecast/Plan
Prepare Departmental Objectives, KPIs & Budgets as needed
Create & follow up on sales achievements in the region 
Ensure that the company’ s regional market share meets the targets in place on supplier/product/client/territory/Representative level
Support the Regional Business Development in setting annual and timely sales targets based on credible and accurate analysis of historical performance, market trend and future expectations.  
Assist in developing the marketing plan based on understanding of market trends and dynamics.
